I go there for the Zumba the most. Depending on the instructor is the experience that you will get. Sometimes I have to do the treadmill and sometimes I come out sweating and have had a good workout. I think they need to call some of the Zumba's , Zumba Gold . I would really rather have spent my time in 1 hour having a good routine than just dancing slowly and doing Zumba like it should be done.Otherwise the place is great and the trainers are polite and it smells good generally at the Gym. They have lots of fans going on and the doors open for fresh air .
