What do you love most about your job?

I get to help people, I have always admired those in first response, and I took my shot at it however I could not handle some of the things that were needed of me, with personal training and coach you directly affect your clients and you get to make their dreams come true and that is genuinely the best feeling.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The companies I have worked for in the past have had no integrity with the way the treat their coaches or clients instead it was all about the money, with starting my own business it gave me the opportunity to reach people that needed it but couldn’t necessarily afford it. Having my own business allows me to also refer clients to people who might be better suited for their particular scenario!
