After an initial meeting to discuss your goals and objectives, a postural assessment will be conducted as well as a movement analysis and a flexibility assessment. From there we can develop a training plan that will identify incremental milestones and progress markers as we work toward your goals.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistency. I wish there was a magic pill and 'Poof!' we all wake up in shape and have a fit physique but that's not how it works. The saying, "we are what we do repeatedly" applies to achieving your optimal health and wellness.

What do you love most about your job?

I love watching people progress. It gives me joy to share in someone else's accomplishments. I love it when someone who could barely do three push ups, knocks out 20 push ups after building strength.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I opened Fit Chicks Studio in response to my own struggles with health and fitness. In 2011, at over 250 pounds, I found myself paying for unused gym memberships, feeling embarrassed and judged when I would struggle in a group exercise class, and always resolving to start a diet on Monday only to never finding lasting, sustainable health habits. Literally sick and tired of being sick and tired, I decided to invest in myself and hire a personal trainer. During that process, I discovered a previously unknown love of fitness. Now a Certified Personal Trainer myself, I want to help others find their own path to health and fitness.
