In my years in the tech industry, I kept seeing companies treat their employees as cogs in a wheel and I was tired of it. The key to success is in the people and so I moved away from building products and toward empowering individuals. I have a highly structured approach that will teach your how to be your own life coach. At the same time, I understand that we are all emotional beings and following any plan too strictly can feel hollow. I prioritize understanding you before giving advice and listening before teaching.
I also offer complementary check-in sessions every 6 months to everyone that has completed one of my programs to help you stay on track as a thank you for including me in your journey.
My clients are primarily remote. While I usually use Google Meet or Zoom as a video conference tool, being flexible to your needs is paramount and I am happy to adapt.
