I found Lindsey through Bark.com and we hit it off immediately. She is personable and very supportive. She has created a program that is along the lines of cognitive behavioral therapy which focuses on self soothing and self support - two things I never learned in years of talk therapy. Lindsey is also super flexible and has worked with me to find good times that work for both of us. I’m very pleased that I found her because she and her program are exactly what I was looking for.

Through William's (beautiful and organized) process, I was able to identify the things that bring the most meaning and joy to my life. With those values identified, I now have the confidence and clarity that I need to pursue the avenues that I've dentified are the right ones for me. William is insightful, warm and has a great sense of humour, which makes him not only easy to trust but fun to talk to!

Stewing in a mentally challenging place at work, I just let it all out and spent much of our session crying, addressing a number of key issues. Mary patiently listened, and helped me work through ways to manage my frustrations better. Together, I was able to determine concrete steps to make changes I needed, adjust my perspective, feel more confident in my skin, and find my voice to address challenges that weren't serving me. We were also able to cover some ground of a current dream to open my own business, and again together, I came up with tangible steps toward bringing it to life. I felt so much better after the session with Mary. It helped me bring some desperately needed joy back into my job, and move in a proactive direction about the future career I want for myself. I couldn’t think of a better person to be my coach on this journey. She is thoughtful, kind, and makes you feel comfortable opening up to her. I highly recommend Mary to be your coach.

Let me start by telling a little about myself. I graduated from college in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics. I was so excited! I thought, with my new college degree, I would be able to easily find work in an interesting field.Unfortunately, I hadn't been paying attention to the economic news while I was finishing school. 2008 was one of the years when we were worst hit by the Great Recession, and hiring was way down. Unemployment was way up. I was going up against people for entry-level jobs who had 20+ years of experience. It was a difficult time, and I ended up doing any work I could find, starting with staying at my restaurant server job. I did temp work and all different kinds of office work. By the time I met with Mike in 2017, my resume was quite the hodgepodge of experience! (Not to mention, I had gotten an additional degree since then as a Paralegal...) I needed help, and Mike knew exactly what to do. I had to figure out what I wanted to do and go for it! The first step was taking a temp job with the job title that I wanted. It wasn't exactly the job I was looking for, and no chance of going permanent. But I felt so much better because I was on the right track. Mike helped me with everything: my resume, interviewing skills, networking skills, and, most importantly, building my confidence. I am now working at a great job, doing the work that I want to be doing. If it weren't for Mike, I'm not sure what I'd be doing right now. Even if you aren't sure if you need or want coaching, it doesn't hurt to call Mike and get a consultation. That's what I did, and I am so happy that I did!

I was in search for a coach with a heart. Tough love, yes. But someone that understood how different people can be and come from different backgrounds. I honestly think I made a true friend. I worked with Lynne as the coach for the HeartMath program for stress management. It was immensely helpful material and Lynne's coaching critical in getting fullest understanding and maximizing the benefits of the HeartMath. Her background as a schoolteacher, in depth training and knowledge are key to her skill set that clearly benefits her clients. Lynne's guidance was excellent and her genuine care for her clients is exemplary. I have personally experienced the improved health and well being that is a direct result of the tools learned from the training with Lynne. I recommend it highly and can see a true benefit to everyone.

Dot was very helpful when struggling through work place situations . Her view and exceptional insight was different than mine which helped me see other avenues for personal growth and workplace success. Her questions and possible solutions were always delivered in a kind, thoughtful, and caring way.

It should be noted that I did not make Meg's job easy! I am a determined and rebellious individual who was already partway down my path towards self-understanding and healthy habits, so I was likely not her "usual" client. When I approached Meg for a discovery session, I made this clear to her so she knew what she was getting into by taking me on as a client. Throughout our time together, there were plenty of moments when I pushed back, but Meg just rolled with it and found new ways to personalize her message to my needs and where I was on my journey. She also offered to audio or video record certain portions of our sessions, such as a visualization exercise, so that I would have it as a resource to refer back to after our time together. Although she provided me with all of the resources I was promised and more, she did not hesitate to skip covering something in person if there were more pressing issues to dig into during our live sessions. She would then have me complete the worksheets or activities on my own time, and made herself available in between sessions for additional conversation. She even went so far as to extend my program by two sessions at no additional cost to me in order to assure that I got to a place where we both felt comfortable with me implementing what I had learned on my own. Meg is outstanding!

Ditch the suburbs...city life is great!As empty nesters, we toured several living options and find The Edition experience is the very best. Living, community, amenity and parking spaces are well designed, safe and meticulously maintained. Located on brand new Commons Park directly across from US Bank stadium offers green space, bike paths and access to great restaurants and farmers market. Most importantly, the entire team (mgmt, leasing, maintenance) are professional, proactive and attentive to resident requests. We are honestly so very pleased with the Edition!

I wanted to reach the next level of income in coaching and be at a level that is stronger, bolder, and braver in all areas of my life. Coaching with Will was amazing!
