This is more than just an apartment it’s a community. The second I came in and was greeed by the staff I knew this was home. With great access to everything downtown and the outer edge of Minneapolis has to offer it was the most enjoyable renting experience I’ve ever had and it was painful to have to leave. Me and my girlfriend lived at Edition apartments for a year in 2017 and 18. Best place in downtown Minneapolis, right in the centre, best view of the city but at the same time a nice park in front. The staff is great, very professional it has an intimate feel. Everything brand new, very well maintained and cleaned, loved the gym, rooftop place with hammocks in summer, BBQ's etc. And very nice educated, professional and fun residents. A slice of paradise and pure pleasure is the way I describe life at the Edition. After selling our home of 30 years my husband and I wanted a new life style. We found our new adventure at the Edition. These luxury apartments are located in the heart of Minneapolis with US Bank Stadium in your front yard. The Commons Park is beautiful and offers numerous activities and events. The apartments boast a crisp, modern design. They are immaculate, and extremely comfortable. The amenities like the Sky Deck and Club Terrace host fabulous areas to grill out, dine and admire spectacular views. The management is very professional, super friendly, kind and compassionate. They also plan fun events which offer something for everyone. Choosing the Edition was the best choice for our new life. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and you won’t be disappointed!! Great location, management staff and amenities. Location is safe, easy to walk and having the Commons Park nearby is an added plus. Management staff is very responsive and sets a high bar for delighting the residents. Requests are quickly addressed, staff know residents by name and are always very pleasant and go out of their way to make you feel at home. This IS your home. Sponsored building activities are fun and allow you to meet and mingle with other residents. Recent activities include Sangria night, Book Club, on site yoga and a fall gathering event ( all of which were well attended). Fantastic fitness facilities, clean and state of the art equipment and spin/ yoga studio. Everything is kept extremely clean. Amazing. More...

If you want to live downtown Minneapolis, this is the place to be! We love living in Edition! The staff here are amazing, friendly, and very responsive. I have felt very safe here, even during the Super Bowl craziness! It has beautiful views, a great workout room, and great amenities! My favorite part of this place is our granite countertops! The kitchen is amazing- backsplash, new cabinets, appliances and all! In our one bedroom apartment, our bedroom is large enough for a king bed and plenty more space! I would highly recommend moving to Edition Apartments! A close walk to restaurants, the skyways, the light rail and of course, US Bank stadium. More...

Ditch the suburbs...city life is great!As empty nesters, we toured several living options and find The Edition experience is the very best. Living, community, amenity and parking spaces are well designed, safe and meticulously maintained. Located on brand new Commons Park directly across from US Bank stadium offers green space, bike paths and access to great restaurants and farmers market.
