Having a Mastermind for eight weeks, with a beginning, a meeting schedule, and an end, is very helpful at every stage of the process. It keeps me thinking throughout the week about what I need to work on next, and noticing when I make some progress. If it did not have a limited length, I would not be able to commit to it. Eight weeks seems perfect. I am sure I could do a Mastermind every year and still benefit greatly each time. What do you love most about your job?
Asking questions that connect the dots for people, unlocking their potential so they can finally put into action what they've been dying to do and be for so long. I know what it's like to have a dream, but to not know how to get there. To know what needed doing, but never being able to actually put it into action somehow. I firmly believe that we as humans are designed to grow together -- that lasting transformation is designed to take place within community. Being a part of that is one of the highest callings we can have as humans.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After many years as a successful remote web developer, I discovered that while building quality web applications was what I did, coaching was who I was. I found myself gravitating to opportunities and situations where I could add value to others and accelerate their growth journeys, not just in my business but in my off-hours as well. In Toastmasters and in addiction recovery ministry I couldn't stay out of the 'coaching seat' so to speak. So when the door opened and I had the opportunity to become certified and launch a coaching practice, I dove for it.

All my services are offered remotely using Zoom and/or phone at your convenience. If you are local to Fargo, I'm happy to meet with you in person, as well, though.
Remote engagement & communication coaching
Job satisfaction directly correlates with the level of engagement you have with your workplace.
