What do you love most about your job?
I completely live for the moment when my clients experience their own personal "Ah-Ha!".
It is like the light switch of illumination has flipped on a problem or challenge or blockage they have held for so long, and in just a moment, they see it all in a new way.
The best part for me is that this is such a core part of the work I have chosen to do in the world -so I get to experience this level of joy and fulfillment in my work often.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have 20+ years in Organisation Development, Change Management, and Leadership Developing with Fortune 500 companies. Coaching and development were a core function of my work in those roles and it was very enjoyable for me. However, I had the opportunity to work with a client outside of the workplace, and I noticed the difference of being fully present to my client outside the structure of bounds of the organization, and I wanted more of that experience.
So, I began taking personal clients, and they began referring me to their friends and colleagues, and my business grew until saying "Yes!" to start my own business made sense. And I have been a business owner for the last 8 years.

At the core of who I am, is the belief that YOU are already whole and complete and powerful. As a Coach, my job is to work with you to help you discover that truth, so you have the clarity, confidence, and willingness to say YES to yourself and your dreams.
Coaching is an intimate engagement- and it requires clients to be fully committed to their process. Part of my job is to remind my clients of their commitment, progress, and achievement along the way, so they can find the courage and willingness to stay the course. The journey of transformation sounds so serious, and while it does require commitment, I believe it can also be delightful! I try to help my clients learn to love themselves, to be able to laugh at themselves and to stand in their genius. We have to find joy in our own experience, to fully experience the joy that is all around us.
I believe strongly that clients should work with someone they feel an affinity with because great coaching begins with establishing mutual trust, respect, and care. That is the foundation for all transformation to occur. I take time in the first conversation, and sometimes two conversations to make sure there is a good fit, and that we agree on how we will work together to achieve the desired results.
When I work with my clients, I am ALL IN with them and their dreams, and I am dedicated to being their partner in transformation.
That includes:

++ Offer truth-telling & tough love to call attention to blind spots and unconscious self-sabotage.

Yes, I offer coaching via Zoom, What's App, and Phone. I also offer email and text support for some clients between sessions.
In addition, I offer Group Coaching that sometimes includes a Facebook (or another social platform) Group element, along with Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
6 years ago, I moved my coaching practice to Remote only. So when Covid-19 occurred, my business was already set up to support my clients and keep them safe.

Coaching is a personal decision for action in your life and it has been one of the most powerful and transformative actions I have taken (and continue to take) for my growth and development.
Personal transformation is as much about the journey as it is the desired outcome. You will discover what beliefs, behaviors, and habits have been holding you back, or limiting your vision. We will embrace new possibilities and embody new thinking, actions, and responses that support your goals and vision.
You will be invited to try Life Mastery techniques and practices, to enhance your experience. These techniques include journaling, reflective thinking, gratitude, meditation, visioning, and imagining.
Coaching programs can be tailored to meet the client's needs. Programs typically range from 4 months, 6 months, or 1 year, depending on the client's goals and objectives.
As your coach, I listen with the ears of my heart and I hold a sacred space with you that you are a whole, complete and powerful being, who is ready to develop the confidence, clarity, and courage to own it.
