The Wellspring is a 'one stop shop' for your life and helps you thrive 'at work' 'at home' and 'within'. About Me... Since 2005, I have been practicing as a certified coach, working with clients that yearn to feel more fulfilled in their lives, or with a particular area of their life, such as career, relationship, health, personal values identification or spirituality. (The full-spectrum of my coaching specialties can be found below.) For the past 20-years, I have been facilitating women's and girl's coaching groups on topics that cover issues ranging from positive self-talk, relationship development, boundaries, identifying and following one's passions, etc. I am the co-designer and co-facilitator of an online course called "The Power of Essence", a program that supports the discovery of one's individual essence and demonstrates how essence can be used as an inner-life compass to navigate life with purpose. There are several video testimonials from past participants below. I am also the founder of 30 Seconds to Unity - a social media movement that spreads goodwill with messages of compassion and hope to globally unify us all. My Coaching Training & Certification... As a coach, I am PCC-certified by the International Coaches Federation (ICF), having received my initial coaching certification through the Co-Active Training Institute, a highly-acclaimed organization endorsed by the ICF. How I Work... My clients and I partner together to first create a vision for what they want to achieve and then we design an actionable strategy to bring that vision to reality in their lives. What do you love most about your job?

I absolutely love inspiring people to see their unique, inherent gifts and values and from there partnering with them to create a life that is deeply fulfilling and aligned with who they are.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I went to an all-girls school from 3rd to 12th grade. As a girl and teenager it became clear to me that the core reason why girls were 'mean' to one another was because deep down, they suffered from low self-esteem. I saw their pain and what was worse for me, was seeing the pain that their bullying caused others. I was determined to find a way to help everyone see their inherent value, deepen their self-esteem, so that from there, everyone could simply 'just let one another be' - allowing everyone to flourish.

Why should our clients choose you?

Because ...

(1) I am inherently:
Deeply kind
Keenly intuitive and...
Ferociously devoted to my client's potential

I have a unabashed passion for speaking the truth that I see/hear and challenging, championing my clients to rise up to the fullness of who they are to live the life that they deserve to live.

(2) I naturally create a space where my clients can cultivate a vision for their life, their goal, and at the same time, I am also very action-oriented and am able to create strategy around their vision to ensure that it is brought to reality. I hold my clients accountable to their goals.

Your professional life coach will be able to advise you on the full range of coaching available and will be able to help you select the best one to suit your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a trusted life coach today.

You can have as many or as few life coaching sessions as you like. Many life coaches operate over the phone or via the internet so the sessions can easily fit around your schedule. Some people hire a life coach once every few months, some people have a session once a week.

Life coaching sessions will typically last up to an hour. Often after an initial assessment, sessions can be conducted over the phone, face to face, over email, via Skype/Zoom and occasionally through instant messaging.

During the session, your life coach will ask you a number of questions, such as what you want to achieve in life, what areas you're unhappy with and where you'd like to see yourself in the future. Although a life coach will work with you, it’s often up to you to challenge or reflect upon certain ideas you have to help you move forward with your life. You will never be forced to make any decisions you don't feel comfortable with and all sessions will be confidential.

Life coaching is focused on your present and your future. Coaching accepts your current reality and looks to improve your outcome moving forward. Life coaches are not health professionals and they do not diagnose you. By contrast, therapy focuses on your past and looks to delve into past actions and patterns. It is analytical but not action-oriented.

Most mainstream health insurance providers do not cover the costs of life coaching because it is not considered a mental health profession in the same way therapists and counsellors are.

Life coaches do not need to have any formal or academic qualifications but you may want to look for life coaches who possess an industry-specific qualification, such as the Life Coaching Diploma or Personal Performance Diploma (PPD).

You may also want to ask for testimonials of their recent work. You could also look at their profile page on Bark, which shows you reviews from past customers who have used their life coaching services.

A life coach is a trained professional who aims to help and guide individuals to make, meet and exceed personal and professional goals. They support clients on a journey to rediscover their own strength and abilities. This can include excelling in the workplace, becoming happy and fulfilled at home, exploring your potential, managing health conditions and achieving life ambitions.

By harnessing techniques based on core psychological principles and intuition, life coaches empower clients and provide a toolkit of teachings to confidently face difficult challenges and overcome emotional barriers.

Life coaches can specialise in one of these particular areas of coaching: career coaching, executive business, group coaching, health and wellbeing, performance management, personal development, relationships, retirement, spiritual and youth coaching.

Rapport is one of the most important parts of life coaching. If you feel uncomfortable with your professional, you are unlikely to gain much from the session. It is advisable to get in contact before you book a session to meet your life coach so you can gauge how comfortable you are in their presence. It is worth talking to a few potential life coaches and ask questions.

Yes! As long as you have a strong internet connection, then your life coach can deliver sessions via an online video chat platform. Alternatively, it can be done over the phone.
