What do you love most about your job?

When people are suffering and they come to see me, usually at a low point in life, they get results and leave every session with insights and transformation week after week. There are no words to describe how it feels to truly help people get results and stop their suffering. The side benefits are also amazing to hear about and that brings me joy. Hypnosis can provide hope and then when the client begins to find out that it wasn't as hard as they thought it gets even better.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I love helping people. The voice inside me told me that I was not done yet as I was just about ready to apply for my energy healing business license. That is when I found my hypnosis teacher. After I spoke with her I knew this is what I was called to do. It was the right timing in my life and hypnosis is absolutely amazing. Hypnosis is safe and natural and this was important to me. The human brain is so powerful, and I love to learn. So, with Hypnosis I know I will never stop learning and I love what I do and to feel like I am doing what I have been called to do, and there is nothing like it.

Why should our clients choose you?

As a Certified 5-Path Hypnotherapist and 7-Path Self Hypnosis Teacher, I understand the need for you to trust and like your hypnotherapist. So I encourage you to ask questions and really get a feel for the Hypnotist you should work with. I know you will get the results you are looking to achieve.
5-Path stands for 5 Phase Advanced Transformational Hypnosis. This translates into life long results for you. I will provide tools and skills that will benefit you for the rest of your life. That way you won't have to question "is it going to stick", or "will I have to come back in a few months".

Hypnotherapy FAQs

This will vary according to the level of experience and training that the hypnotherapist holds.

Your professional hypnotherapist will be able to advise you on the full range of therapies available and will be able to help you select the best one to suit your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a trusted hypnotherapist today.

Firstly, you'll have a conversation with your therapist to discuss what you hope to achieve and agree on what methods your therapist will use. Afterwards, the hypnotherapist may lead you into a deeply relaxed state using agreed methods to help you towards your goals. For example, suggesting that you don't want to carry out a certain habit gradually bring you out of the trance.

You are fully in control when under hypnosis and don't have to take on the therapist's suggestions if you don't want to. If necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state. Most people expect to be put to sleep or to forget what happened afterwards but the opposite is true. You're fully aware the whole time of what is happening.

This is dependent on both your hypnotherapist and your circumstances. One-off services such as smoking cessation or gastric band hypnotherapy can last around two hours, while a general hypnotherapy session will usually take about an hour.

The duration of therapy will really be dependent on your circumstances and issues. Some people may require a longer-term approach with regular weekly sessions. Your hypnotherapist will let you know how many sessions they feel you might need when you start therapy and will be flexible when it comes to decreasing or extending the number of sessions according to your progress and needs.

There are currently no guidelines in place stipulating the training and qualifications a hypnotherapist must have in order to practice. Industry guidelines recommend that individuals should have completed at least an appropriate diploma or have completed a course that involved a minimum of 450 learning hours, of which 120 hours must have been face-to-face.

You may also want to ask for testimonials of their recent work. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and Bark can show you reviews from past customers who have used their hypnotherapy services.

Hypnotherapy has repeatedly and consistently helped patients with a whole host of issues. It can help with anxiety, depression, anxiety, PTSD, obesity, addictions, fear of flying, public speaking, stopping smoking, insomnia, weight loss amongst others. When combined with methods such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), valuable healing work can begin as quickly as one or two sessions.

You might be surprised to hear that hypnotherapy can be delivered remotely over the phone, through an online video chat platform, or with pre-recorded sessions sent by email.
