Hypnosis can be an efficient, effective (and often fun!) way to make it easier to make the changes you want in your life. My goal is to have my clients make the changes they want to see as quickly as possible at the pace that is right for you.

What do you love most about your job?
Being a part of my clients' change. Sharing in their joy as they make changes that previously felt too difficult or impossible. Having fun in the process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My mission: to help people be kinder to themselves, kinder to others, and enjoy greater wellbeing.

Yes, I work entirely online via zoom. For those without zoom access, we can do it over the phone, however, I love to be face-to-face from our own spaces when possible. I've been working with clients online for years, long before the pandemic started.
