I came to be an LPC later in life, but have found this is one job where being a bit more "seasoned" is actually a benefit! Isn't that where the devil lives anyway!?! My unique approach is heart centered, compassionate, and quite direct. While you will always feel comfortable in my presence, I prefer to work from the core of the matter. Being highly trained as a Neuro Linguist (NLP), I can separate intention from behavior.

Through my Rapid Transformational Therapy I help people discover why they have the bad habits, the looping negative thoughts and the belief system that doesn't feel authentic to them. And after we discover the why, we can release and transform the negative belief right there in the session. I also make a Transformational recording, using my clients own empowering words, of what they truly want to implement in their new belief system and they listen to it for 21 days.
