Had my coaching sessions for the first time, was a little skeptical talking to someone about something vulnerable that I needed help with. But by my surprise I was impressed that talking to a coach could help me improve on something I’ve been struggling with for quite some time. So I had my first coaching session With Debra and I really was unsure of what to expect. My mind was wrapped around the session comparing it to therapy, but it was actually more suited to my personal goals and how to get there and what was blocking me from achieving my goals. After my session she gave me starter tools to think about and a real reflection of stop living in the past and being more realistic of the how and what I can accomplish. What inspired you to start your own business?
I started this business because I have been in management for 20 years running someone else's business very successfully. I wanted to put all my energy in making my own business successful.

I believe a client looking for a life coach should choose me because I care about results. I want to see you get to where you want to be. I thrive off seeing others grow, learn, and complete things they didn't think they could. Listening, and attention to detail of a few of my greatest strengths. This coaching session is designed to focus on helping an individual figure out what their passion in life is. What may be holding them back and remove the roadblock. In this coaching session you will learn how to overcome whatever life has thrown at you and focus on your future.
Team Coaching
This service is designed to help groups of individuals get back on track. Motivation and Momentum leads to results within a company. Get your team on the same page with a team coaching session.
