Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Flexible and willing to adapt and provide exact services I was seeking. Willing to provide breakdown of his process and equipment and explain all back up plans and equipment if, for unforeseen reasons, something stopped working mid shoot to insure the shoot would continue at the same high quality level. Communicative and easy to reach and ask questions or for changes. Showed up to the venue several hours prior to the event to set up and ensure sure everything was ready and working. Will absolutely hire again and will highly recommend him to others.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring and working with Ray Lombardi / Lorray Digital, and I can confidently say that he is a standout professional in the field of audio and video recording, particularly when it comes to live music performances. With over 30 years of experience as both a videographer and a seasoned musician, Ray truly understands the nuances of capturing the essence of a live performance. From our first correspondence, it was evident that Ray is not only highly skilled but also incredibly accommodating. When I arrived a bit late to the venue (as artists often do!), Ray was already there, ready to go and had already spoken with the event’s sound crew to assess my audio needs. He shared a humorous philosophy of his: if you arrive on time, you're already late! Lol This speaks volumes about his respect for everyone's time. Ray's professionalism and approachability made the entire experience enjoyable. We even had some casual conversations backstage to pass the time before my performance. It was clear that he is not just a media expert; he is also a genuinely nice person. When I received the footage, I was thrilled. The quality was outstanding—crisp visuals and clear audio, thanks to his direct connection to the main sound console in a venue packed with over 600 + people. As a video editor myself, I didn't need a full editing package; I just required high-quality raw footage to be captured with no editing so I can edit designated clips as needed. Ray delivered! Thanks to the great footage he captured, I've already received positive feedback from potential music clients for future bookings. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to hire Ray, and I highly endorse him as a vendor. I would definitely hire him again in the future.
