We tend to work within the SME market, usually with offices in the 1000 square foot to the 10,000 square foot range. These businesses are usually in serviced offices that don’t provide cleaning, or have a preferred supplier that isn’t cost effective. We’ll clean the office once or twice a week to make sure their team have a spotless work environment.
Most of our clients receive the same cleaner (or cleaners) every time. We find this is really important in working as efficiently as possible. Our cleaners know whether they need to bring certain equipment such as a vacuum cleaner or a duster. They also get a feel for the office and how to clean it quickly and thoroughly. The majority of our clients will want us to mop or hoover the floor, wipe down and tidy desks, as well as taking out any bins. Washing up dirty cups and plates is often on the agenda! We make sure that we notify our clients if they need any additional services such as a one-off deeper office clean or a window clean. Yes, of course we do. We usually start by offering a discounted 2-3 hour clean of the office to show the standard of our work. We have questionnaires that we send out so that companies can dictate the type of service they require. We appreciate that not every company has an office manager and that time is short. That’s why we recommend packages and organise as much as possible ourselves prior to the first clean.
We love the fact that we have long standing relationships with our clients. They trust us with keys to the office and to make sure that the office is ready for the next day of work! A lot of our business comes from referrals so we always go the extra mile whether that be cleaning up cables or dusting in those hard to reach spots.

My wife Carol and I were amazed working with Devin & his team. From our first call, he made us feel comfortable and excited, like we weren’t just another client, but a couple whose story he genuinely cared about capturing. On the big day, he showed up early, was super professional, and somehow managed to be everywhere without being in the way. He caught moments I didn’t even know happened!!!!
