I have used Gary at Fresh Catering for a variety of company and personal events over the years including a personal chef for small dinner parties at our house. Gary is so easy to work with, and always has a great attitude. Gary's twist of southwest cuisine is so tasty that it just makes me happy, plus his food appears to be farm to table fresh. We like that.Lastly, I feel like I'm getting a good bang for my buck with Gary.

I hired Jessica as my personal vegan chef 1 month ago, and i am so happy! The selection of food she provides, the creative combinations, the flavors and textures, the colors, have far surpassed my wildest dreams. i am in heaven! To have wholesome, delicious, food in my fridge at all times makes my hectic life so much easier than it was. I am now in a peaceful, harmonious, contemplative state. My body is nourished by wonderful food, and my spirit is grateful. And, Jessica makes all her dishes with much love and positive energy. I am blessed!

Incredible organic CSA farm share, it comes with organic flower bouquets that are the most beautiful imaginable, and they last longer than store bought or shipped. And my creamed spinach has been taken to a whole new level. The farm itself looks like out a dream, only 10 minutes from Boulder but an idyllic world away. The catering is also out of this world. Highly recommended!

We love Latilier. The service is incredible and Ari has become our favorite waiter (although they are all terrific). The food is always outstanding and I love that they are so accommodating with special requests. Be sure to try the "Chocolate Bag" dessert - a dark chocolate "bag" made from chocolate filled with fresh fruit, berries, ice cream, etc. This is our favorite place in Boulder to spend the evening together.

This place was really cool. We started off with a flight of beers since there are so many options. I would definitely recommend this move. When it comes to the food, it was all great. Most of the portions are very large. I would suggest sharing a dish if you're not starving. All weekend is happy hour too which applies mostly to their food. Check it out.
How much does a Caterer cost?
Your expert caterer will be able to advise you on the most suitable menus and service.
What should I look for when choosing a Caterer?
It is important to know the following before deciding on a catering company:
Event Specialists - Many caterers handle certain types of events on a regular basis, such as weddings and corporate events.
Different cuisines - Caterers might specialise in different kinds of cuisine. Some caterers may provide a fine dining experience while others excel at barbecues that suit company picnics.
Special requirements - If you have special requirements for the food or a specific menu in mind make sure your caterer is happy to meet those requirements.
Venue - Your gathering might be taking place at someone’s home, a venue or outdoors. It can be helpful if your caterer has worked at the venue before.
Tastings - Ask for a tasting to make sure the food is of a high standard. Most caterers will prepare one for you at no charge, allowing you to assess the quality of their cooking before you hire them.
How do I check a Catering Company’s credentials?
You could look for caterers with a foundation degree, higher national diploma or degree in Professional Cookery and Culinary Arts.
Before you choose a caterer, you could read testimonials and see pictures of their food on their website.
You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read reviews from past customers, too.
