Event Catering
My personal practice has only existed for about a year, though I've been doing catering work for much longer.
I've had the pleasure of working with some exceptional chefs, setting up and preparing for events held by very high-end clients. I've worked as a Sous chef for a dinner held by the James Beard foundation as well as assisted in catering for various companies including the SALT group. Since I first formed Elevated Dining, I've personally catered for groups as large as 40, as well as providing meal services as a private chef.
Dietary Restrictions
I take pride in my ability to work with restricted diets while not compromising the quality or integrity of the food I make. I don't make menus with separate options for dairy or gluten free folks. Rather, I form the menu in such a way that everyone involved can enjoy the meal's full spectrum without worries about what they can and can't eat.
