We had Gary cater our company holiday dinner for 27 people. Gary was amazing! From accommodating the various dietary needs of GF, DF, vegetarian and vegan options to the meal that landed on the table, he was professional and the food was fresh, unique and DELICIOUS! On the day of the event I wasn't even present to let him into the venue, our team arrived at the appointed time and the apps were ready and the main dishes were being prepared.
