Excellent chicken biryani! The meat was well cooked and very flavorful. The delicate saffron infusion topped it off perfectly. Very refreshing to savor Indian food in Boulder with its "Indian-ness" intact and not watered down. One request - for us "non-purists" who prefer a slightly moister biryani, please consider a curry side dish. More power to you! More...

What’s your signature dish?
Chicken Biryani and the Farmer's Market Biryani. Our vegan option is also one of the more popular vegan food choices as indicated in our retail sales. We also prepare a goat biryani for select clients.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We create menu that revolves around biryani. We will take client suggestions and try to tailor them to the best of our abilities.
What do you love most about your job?
We started this business to introduce completely new flavors and aromas to the awesome people of Boulder. We love it when the most common compliment we get goes like ' This is so not what I expect from Indian Food (in a good way)' and 'Your biryanis are so aromatic, it is nothing like anything I have tried before'
What inspired you to start your own business?
Two things - lack of good options and the eagerness to introduce a completely new cuisine and not another pizzeria, burger joint or doughnut store. Our biryanis are nothing like what you would get in any other place.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are specialists in biryani and only biryani. We are a small local business with a passion for the food we cook. We are conscientious, environment-conscious, believe in a healthy lifestyle and are easy to work with.

Catering for parties
We cater for small to medium parties looking for something fresh and exciting. Our biryanis (Chicken, Veg, Vegan or lamb) will be delivered hot in trays. We also provide a customised selection for salads, deserts, raitas and drinks to accompany the food.
Corporate Lunch
We provide corporate lunch solutions for small to medium-sized firms. One such solution is a bowl with veg biryani and chickpea salad which is very popular.
