Where to begin. This place is amazing and i've always been treated right by the staff. When they are super busy they often leave out free fries or offer free tasters of their amazing beers to those standing in line or waiting by the doors. Their food is well above normal bar food with many vegetarian options and they will give you as many tasters of their beers as you like without any side-eye. Bring cash because they don't accept credit cards but will allow you to mail in your payment (karma payment) if you forget(I cannot begin to state how cool it is that they are willing to trust you to pay your bill by mail.) This is the type of place you want in your community that has a great atmosphere, great art, great beer and food. Burgers and beer done right. If you have vegetarian or vegan friends the place os still definitely worth a visit. Their menu covers just about all walks of life. The cash only aspect is a bit odd but their atm fee is only 1 dollar. If you do get a burger be sure to consider that they tend to cook a bit pinker than most places. So if you like a medium burger, try asking for medium-well. The beer is great too! They have good options across the board from light pilsners to my favorite, the Number One, a wicked big belgian style ale. We called ahead for our party of 10 and the table was ready when we walked in. Really good service in this busy pub. Lots of good beer choices and a menu that had something for everyone. A couple of our party had the Wednesday night beer batter fish special and said it was very good. I had a Cobb salad and it was great. Lots of fresh veggies and delish pickled onions.
