We are so happy we went with Xim catering for our wedding! Lenny was a joy to work with. He was so enthusiastic and attentive, and really listened to all of our needs to create a menu that was delicious, interesting, and within our budget. He went above and beyond with our requests and even made small portions of each dish without onions to accommodate my mom's food allergy. He also accommodated some peanut allergies and some vegetarian special requests. The food was so delicious (still dreaming about the chicken molé!) and the signature cocktails were incredible too! The decorations at the buffet line and the bar really helped set the mood. Lenny did all that he could to make sure that everything was taken care of so we could enjoy our wedding day. We didn't have a wedding planner or a coordinator so we really appreciated that he made us feel so at ease before the big day. The staff that Lenny brought to the event were so professional, courteous, and hardworking. I can't say enough good things about our experience!

We are a small local catering company just established this year in the heart of Denver. Tyler and I, the co-owners, have traveled the world cooking in places like Antarctica, and all across the United States from NY to California. We've worked on organic vineyards and permaculture farms in Italy, Spain, Netherlands and best of all, we've done it together! We are thrilled to bring our love for all things culinary to life through our business ViDa Eats Catering.

Gorgeous and fun displays of yummy eats for our small donor event. They arrived in plenty of time, set up with no fuss and got it looking perfect before our first guests arrived. SO easy to work with, friendly and caring. The food was perfect for the time of year and the type of event. Would ABSOLUTELY work with them again.

We love the beauty of Colorado and the Rocky Mountains. This is why our focus is on cuisine that is made of ingredients that are sourced locally from farmers and growers that are located here as well as those that are available naturally in the wild. I grow some things and forage for items too. I am committed to making buzz-words like " Hyper-local" and " Farm-to-table" mean something more than just things people say to loosely describe a type of cuisine.

This is Capitol Hill's official "dead spot." This location has hosted a Chipotle, then a pizza place, then a fish fry and now it's "Sub Culture" a sandwich place which is attempting to succeed where others haven't.Will it?I do like what I've seen so far, which is a wide variety of sandwiches at a reasonable cost. They have the typical turkey, Italian, ham, etc. But they also have a surprisingly large vegetarian section and lots of robust hot sandwiches, perfect when you're feeling a bit peckish.I had the roasted vegetable parmesan. Zucchini, onions and eggplant were marinated in some oil and balsamic, coated with a sweet marinera and liberally sprinkled with parmesan. The balsamic mixed with the marinera gave the sandwich a nice sweet/sour thing that I found pretty enjoyable. It was a decent-sized sandwich too and was about $7 (A bit on the high end maybe, but it was good).Service was pretty good, though the sandwich took a bit long to make considering I was the only customer. The decor and layout is very similar to the previous restaurants in the space; You can tell it was once a Chipotle. And for now I hope it remains Sub-Culture. It's a good sandwich shop from what I've seen and tasted. Let's just hope that something finally lasts in this spot.

I can make whatever you want but my signature dish is pan seared scallops. Served on a wilted bed of arugula and shitake mushrooms cooked in white wine, butter, thyme and garlic.
I then use a balsamic citrus rosemary reduction sauce to pour over the top. Top with zest of a grapefruit and orange. It is to die for!!!
I want to meet you first. To get to know what you are looking for. If you want me to create a menu I can and will. However if you want to work on it together I am fine with that as well.
My key things are to find out about you and your guests, then make sure I have a happy customer
Cooking of course!!! I love to cook, I always have, it is the way I get my creative side out
I worked in corporate America a long time but wasn't happy. I wanted something that would make me happy which is cooking and pleasing others.
I attended culinary school with the intension of being an executive chef however I found owning my own business gives me more freedom.
I believe in quality customer service as well as quality meals. It is not just about the food doing what a person says they will do is very important. Unfortunately customer service has dropped off peoples priorities. A happy customer is a repeat customer
I also do zoom calls where I prepare the food with the participants. It is best to have a group of friends as they are supposed to be fun. I provide a grocery list with wine suggestions then we cook together and at the end of the call you have a meal right in front of you.
I have practiced safe distancing even dropping food off at the front door and picking up the empty cleaned containers on a future date. I wear a mask during cooking. I also can either do all the prep at home, deliver it to your home and give directions for you to cook on your own. No contact needed.
How much does a Caterer cost?
Your expert caterer will be able to advise you on the most suitable menus and service.
What should I look for when choosing a Caterer?
It is important to know the following before deciding on a catering company:
Event Specialists - Many caterers handle certain types of events on a regular basis, such as weddings and corporate events.
Different cuisines - Caterers might specialise in different kinds of cuisine. Some caterers may provide a fine dining experience while others excel at barbecues that suit company picnics.
Special requirements - If you have special requirements for the food or a specific menu in mind make sure your caterer is happy to meet those requirements.
Venue - Your gathering might be taking place at someone’s home, a venue or outdoors. It can be helpful if your caterer has worked at the venue before.
Tastings - Ask for a tasting to make sure the food is of a high standard. Most caterers will prepare one for you at no charge, allowing you to assess the quality of their cooking before you hire them.
How do I check a Catering Company’s credentials?
You could look for caterers with a foundation degree, higher national diploma or degree in Professional Cookery and Culinary Arts.
Before you choose a caterer, you could read testimonials and see pictures of their food on their website.
You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read reviews from past customers, too.
