Hi. I'm Kallie Cabrera-Biasotti, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I help anxious individuals feels less anxious and help disconnected couples feel more connected. Simply put, I help transform you and your relationships. Genuine connection is at the core of my work with clients. I believe it paves the way for healing and transformation when we can feel safe enough to let our guard down and allow another human being to truly see us without the fear of judgement.

We're dicated to the belief that everyone deserves to be loved and treated with respect and dignity. Pain should not be something to be ashamed of, whether that's mental or physical. We help all ages through in-office, in-home (+travel fee) or remote sessions. Chronic pain management, depression, marriage, pre/post sporting event soft tissue manipulation, pre/post natal, pre/post surgery, work, stress, intimacy deficiencies, diet, bereavement, weight loss/gain, addiction, business coaching and guidance are just a few of the ways we dedicate our time in helping others live a better life.

I love working with people who are stuck. Specifically, people who are struggling with anxiety and/or depression but know that things can be better. Like most everyone, I have personally experienced difficult times in my life. I understand that fear and sadness are legitimate feelings that we all experience. Sometimes we may feel like things are happening in our lives that we don’t have any control over.
