Gary was a lifesaver! We let go of our previous DJ, due to a lack of professionalism and disrespectful haggling and on their end. I was at my deadline to find a new DJ and anticipating 300 to 400 guests for my organization's holiday party! We hosted the event at Live Casino in Hanover, MD, so this was huge! That very same day, I put out a Bark posting. Not only did Gary get back to me within a couple of hours, but we resolved my issue over the phone the same day. He was very kind, polite, and worked with our budget without a hitch. The event turned out great. I sent him a list of songs that we used in performances and skits, some of which were customized mashups requiring a USB transfer. Our theme was the 1920's, so he prepared a setlist of 1920's jazz for our cocktail hour, as well as modern songs for the end of the night dancing. He brought his own AV equipment with very large, loud speakers. He got hooked up to the venue's overhead sound very quickly. We provided him a script with highlight cues, and he was kind enough to participate in a couple of full sound-rehearsals before the event started. The event wound up being great, and I couldn't have been more relieved! I've never worked with a more accommodating, professional, and reliable DJ in all my time planning, panicking and partying. Gary would be my first recommendation 1,000,000 times again!
