Hank was amazing to work with from the first time we reached out to him regarding my daughter's wedding. He replied promptly, was very professional and courteous in his interactions. He offered a wealth of information about timeline and the different aspects of the ceremony and reception to help us prepare as well as to help him have all the pertinent information he needed. He arrived early to set up and was calm and reassuring even though I had a lot to juggle that day! Our venue location was outdoors and very rustic, which added extra steps for Hank and his assistant Sharon, but they had great attitudes and didn't complain! They were kind-hearted, enthusiastic, friendly, easy-going and fun. Hank had a very dapper outfit that he put on just before the guests arrived! Hank kept things moving along throughout the evening. He kept the guests informed and entertained. The dance floor was full the entire evening. Sharon even handed out glow wands to increase the fun! As a last minute request he played one final slow dace for the bride and groom while the rest of us prepared the sparklers for the send off. Then he hyped everyone up while the newlyweds made their grand exit! The whole evening was full of fun and memories and Hank helped all of it to come together for an amazing celebration! We can't thank him enough!
