10/10! We booked First Generation Sound productions for two occasions this year. First was to DJ/MC my milestone birthday party and second to DJ/MC a homecoming game at our daughter's school. Our enjoyable experience is a testament to Sean's proficiency in music, knowing and understanding his audience, and his commitment to deliver a memorable experience to the customer. The light package added ambiance to our intimate party at home, teleporting us to a live nightclub! The guests at both events especially loved the photo booth, with props that brought out the inner child in us all! The Dj's did a great job. My husband and I had our ceremony outside and we didn't hire musicians to play while walking down the aisle so the Dj's brought outdoor speakers and played canon in D major, then when my husband and I and the rest of the bridal party walk back up the aisle they played a string quartet of Journey's "Don't Stop Believing". After the ceremony they moved inside and got ready for the reception. Both DJ's kept the wedding upbeat and played a lot of great songs. Everyone was dancing and having a good time.

He respected our wishes of songs definitely to play and songs definitely not to play, no matter how many of our guests requested. From day one Randy was super easy to communicate with & responded very quickly, we are so happy we had him as our DJ! He was very professional yet super down to earth, always keeping us up to date & checking in throughout the process. He guided us on the flow of the day but was also extremely flexible & understanding of the non traditional changes we wanted! He had us use an app to organize & submit what music we wanted to use for every little detail of our day & it was so helpful we really enjoyed it. And the things we didn’t have specific songs for he just went with it & read the vibe of the room extremely well! He brought lots of energy to our wedding & it was a pleasure working with him!
