“The most important thing about working with kids is that you have to love them. You have to teach them step by step and you can’t jump over things. The most important thing that I can tell people is that I start with the basics and work my way up when I teach.”
“Swimming is a special sport. It is one of those sports where you can’t start and stop because then there is a good possibility that the fear of the water will come back. It is important to introduce things to people and never push. People will learn quickly if you teach on their individual level rather than teaching at your pace.”

My wife and I did a 2-person package through Send Me a Trainer, and it was a great one-year experience. We both learned a lot of solid workout techniques and stayed motivated together. Our trainer, Cameron, also taught us boxing and mixed in other practical exercises that helped us build real strength in a fun way. The sessions were super convenient since they came to our apartment gym. Having a personal trainer really helped us push past our limits—things we probably wouldn’t have done on our own. Sometimes it takes that outside perspective to show you that you’ve got more in the tank, and that’s where real progress and growth happen.

I have been training with Adrian for 13 years. It started after my rehab for an ACL reconstruction was done. He has adapted his workouts for me as I have aged. I just turned 65 and have had back, shoulder, and knee problems over the years. His routines have gone to the source of my problems and held me together so I can do the things I love to do, like walking two miles to work, riding my bicycle, and working in my garden. Lifting something heavy no longer leads to a painful breakdown a few days later. He can’t make me stop aging, but he has helped it be much less traumatic physically. I weigh now what I did when I got out of college. Someone commented today that I looked skinny. That’s not just Adrian, it’s also eating better, but it all comes together. Adrian is inventive and thoughtful about the workouts he puts together for me. And they are hard. He pushes me far past what I would ever do on my own.

The BEST decision!!! I was struggling with health issues and motivation. I was terrified to start something I might not want to finish. At the same time I knew it was critical to start doing something. I'm so glad I did! I train with weights 2 says a week and do Zumba 1 day a week. Ricardo and Ayda are amazing! They are very aware of my health history, limitations, and strengths. My workouts are fun, challenging, and extremely effective. Both my physical and mental health have improved and my doctor is shocked at the difference in me. I would highly recommend Send Me A Pro to anyone out there struggling to get started on the road to better health!
