Gerald is a very knowledgeable and meticulous coach, which enables beginners to learn the technique's and forms. Furthermore, he has helped me pushed my weight down from 87kg to 78kg with his guidance. Overall, the 18 sessions we did together I managed to learn alot and see significant changes in my body and mobility.
