I hold my Master's in Holistic Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University as well as my BA in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, I am a registered Yoga Instructor and a certified Integrated Holistic Life and Wellness Coach.

Hi, I am a therapist currently working via secure and confidential video platform serving residents anywhere in California. Many individuals I work with come to therapy for anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, family conflict, life transitions, substance use, grief and loss, career stress and changes, and other symptoms of living. I have extensive training and experience working with trauma.

I work with couples and adult individuals to clarify the problems and needs, identify their goals, create steps to address the blocks to achieving their goals, facilitate conversations they haven't been able to complete with each other. The outcome is they experience greater clarity about their challenges and how to move through them to a good enough outcome.

For optimal health, a person must find the right balance of his physical as well as spiritual being. Holistic of healing considers the whole person — body, mind, spirit, and emotions. Holistic healthcare healers do more than just identify and treat a specific ailment; they help you understand the core of your problems and in taking back control of your life and various problems associated with it.

I come from a deeply spiritual place in tackling problems of our daily life. I take a holistic view of things and believe that asking the right questions is at least as important as seeking out the answers. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds with a wide variety of concerns. My ideal client is open to reflecting on things and speaking about their current and past circumstances that might be impacting their situation.

My husband Carl and I have been coaching individuals and couples for over 12 years. We focus on relationship frameworks and communication. We believe that understanding who you are, why you do what you do, and how best to engage others can lead to reduced stress and increased happiness in your life. We are very practice oriented, everything we offer our clients has worked for us personally both in our professional and personal lives.
