was at a martial arts seminar In Rhode Island great seminar great great people during the seminar my knee became extremely sore with it being bone on bone. So I sat out when coming back in after a lunch a very sweet lady that I know who's been through a lot of trials and tribulations head gotten hurt tore her knee up So when I came in there was a lot of great people taking care of her I walked up behind her and I noticed her breathing and she was shaking so I calmly put my hands on her shoulders and whispered into her ear breathe and she started to relax then I took her hands and held her hands held her hands remaining very calm. In a short time she started to relax Then I would massage her knee and her entire lower part of her leg and foot and perform Reiki. Relax, breathe, and remain calm. At all times. She said she felt better after, I wish her so much luck sweet
sweet person she is. I have spent 40 years Learning how to punch and kick and hurt people so after that I decided to come full circle and learn how to help people, With my faith and my reiki.
