Eric is a great fitness coach. He always arrives with lots of energy and makes the workouts as fun as they can be and there are always a few laughs involved. He makes every workout a little different and makes learning any new movement or exercise easy. Highly recommend! More...

Eric is one of those trainers that cares about the well being of his clients. He demonstrates the exercises to be performed in detail, and explains how to perform it correctly. He is very knowledgeable about what exercise works what muscle group and is able to quickly modify when needed, while still pushing you. I’ve experienced this many times with him. It was important for me to work out after having my baby, but I had to ease myself into it. Eric was very understanding of my situation, making sure to modify exercises for me when I needed it and correct me when I was doing an exercise wrong. His corrections were never rude or harsh, but rather, it came from a place of concern for my well being. He cares about the quality of the exercises as opposed to just the quantity. Eric is a truly excellent trainer. One of the things I was lacking was a proper warm up and cool down/stretch. It all starts with being happy and grateful for the body you have......then treat it better, prepare, eat right, train, recover, and repeat! Consistency is key.

I started my own weight loss journey back in 2005 and remembered how empowered I felt when I began training. I love watching other people have this experience and helping them make life changing results.

When I was younger I had some bad experiences with personal trainers. On top of that, its very expensive and not sustainable. I always thought to myself that ones health should not come at such a price and decided to create a business model that creates a win / win for me and the client.

My approach to fitness as whole is entirely different than most. Movement is a part of life and the main goal should be to create healthy, sustainable strength and mobility for longevity. The main focus is creating a mind body connection that empowers you to feel stronger, move better, and be happier in your body which results in the byproduct of weight loss and body composition.

I do not currently provide services online or remotely. However, I do offer access to online programming. See the website for more details!

Services

​At CSC, all fitness levels are welcome as my programming is modified to meet you where you are at. This is a private training studio where we will be working one-on-one or you can choose to work out with a friend or significant other too. The focus here at CSC is on strength and conditioning which promotes a higher, faster metabolism (increased sustainable weight loss) and a true mind-body connection that promotes longevity, mobility, and athleticism. Each client will receive access to their own programmed exercises and off-day training to complete on their own so they always know what to expect!
