What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my position are the people I get to serve. I used my struggles with food from when I was younger to learn to help others. I've been a trainer for decades, and have yet to meet someone who loves being unhealthy. Most of my clients just need someone to believe in them. I'm not intimidated to be honest with my clients and I love the handshake created between us as we set out to reach their goals.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The biggest motivation for me in starting my own business is having the ability to serve people, and make a difference in my community and within my circle of influence.

I work hard to understand what drives them and where they might encounter difficulty.
