Each workout is designed taking into account the clients age, current fitness level, fitness goals, any health related issues or injuries. I provide motivated training sessions that encourage the client to give 100% and self motivate to achieve their goals and beyond. I also offer an 8 week online training program that provides the client a complete daily workout routine and meal planning for the 8 week program. This program is also custom designed according to the clients fitness level and fitness goals. It offers weekly check ins to make sure the program is on track and where modifications can be made if needed. I also proved 24/7 assistance to the client to answer any questions they may have.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I provide motivated training sessions by demonstrating the proper way to perform each exercise and give positive motivation and support during the training session. I’m an enthusiastic trainer who likes to trying the client to gain self motivation and provide the client with a positive training environment throughout the process.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

I don’t feel that there is any secrets to getting and maintaining the body of your dreams. I feel that hard work dedication and self motivation are the keys to reaching your goals and meeting the new you. Hard work will always beat talent every time.

What do you love most about your job?

I love fitness and I’m very enthusiastic about wanting people to get active and start training now no matter what their age is or fitness level. It’s never too late to start working out and I love to see the clients transform from where they are now to reach their goals. Being able to see the smile on the clients face when they see themselves reach their goals is priceless.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I realized at the age of 45 that I was grossly overweight and I didn’t not like the person I saw in the mirror. I refocused myself and began putting fitness and working out at the top of my daily routine. I began working out and started reaching my goals one by one. Today at the age of 50 I feel and look better than I ever have. I decided after I retired from the police department to take my passion and make it my career. I started up my own personal training business and began creating my fitness programs.
