I provide one on one personal training sessions that are custom made for the clients needs. Each workout is designed taking into account the clients age, current fitness level, fitness goals, any health related issues or injuries. I provide motivated training sessions that encourage the client to give 100% and self motivate to achieve their goals and beyond. I also offer an 8 week online training program that provides the client a complete daily workout routine and meal planning for the 8 week program. This program is also custom designed according to the clients fitness level and fitness goals. It offers weekly check ins to make sure the program is on track and where modifications can be made if needed. I also proved 24/7 assistance to the client to answer any questions they may have.
