I take my boys here for our homeschool physical education program, and Garrison is great with them! He is firm but fair and has them do circuits, strength training, agility drills, and he even throws in some basic MMA moves for them. I’m from Moore, OK but live in Dallas now. Anytime I’m back in town visiting this is my spot for drop in workouts. Their collection of equipment is so much better than any large chain gym. I recommend Kaizen Performance and all the staff without hesitation. I’ve known and worked with them for well over a year and watched as Kaizen was built from the ground up, and you won’t find better in our city.
