I have been working out with Eli for about 2 years now. He is very attentive to his clients and is determined to help them achieve their goals. Eli is well-educated regarding fitness, nutrition, and overall health. Each session is fun and unique, but most importantly challenging. Eli is very patient! I'm in my 40s and am not fit as I would like to be. But, he has helped me to see beyond that by encouraging me along the way. Little by little he adds to your program... As you work out with him he learns your capabilities..he will push you..(when it comes to changing self, we need someone to push us). Eli has even helped me with proper food choices. When I workout on my own, I can still hear his encouraging words. Eli is an awesome trainer! Joy More...

Eli is the best person to train with! He makes the workouts fun & challenging. He will push you & motivate you during your workouts. The workouts are different & personalized each time you are with him. It makes going to the gym much more enjoyable and I actually looked forward to my sessions with him. Eli is easy to work with and really knows his stuff when it comes to strength training and nutrition. I like the fact that Eli thinks outside the box and makes training fun by not being so traditional. I highly recommend Eli.

I was initially hesitant about signing up with Eli because I thought I'd feel intimidated having a male trainer but I'm so very grateful I took a chance. His easy-going personality made me completely comfortable from our first encounter. Eli's knowledge of fitness and nutrition is truly unparalleled. His dedication and enthusiasm keep me motivated/excited and the workouts never feel boring or tedious. In just a few months of working with him, I've been able to consistently reduce bodyfat % and increase muscle mass. He is also great at modifying your plan according to individual life circumstances. He was able to account for breastfeeding when calculating my calories/macros, he has helped improve diastasis recti after having my baby and also helped me reach specific body goals to prepare for a photoshoot. If you’re in Tulsa & looking to lose weight, build muscle, take your teenager to the next level in sports, or simply be more mobile & active — Eli is your guy! !! I get to workout with him everyday & the workouts are always new, fun, & just the right amount of challenging (more than I want, but exactly what I need 🥴🤪). I always leave feeling energized, so strong, & very proud of myself. He’s the best encourager & just has such a good presence about him that will you put you at ease (personal training can be intimidating, I know!).
