Leslie is amazing! She has been an inspiration and a motivation to me since day one. Every coach and class I have been to offers a different, but wonderful experience. I am so blessed by the community I have gained from being part of True Spirit. I have never felt pressured by competition, I always feel encouraged and supported for being me and doing my best!
Jessica is such a positive and motivating person. She encourages you to be your best self and get sweaty. She works with all different levels and if you're brand new to exercise, she's the one for you. Jess also does mountain trails and other outside workouts to keep things new and fresh.
WOW!! Shana is very knowledgeable and passionate about health and wellness. AND she is an educator. She thoroughly explained three different options and what I would get out of each option, then let me decide. I would highly recommend working with her. She works with YOU!
My husband went back to my home town for a family reunion and being the fitness enthusiasts that we are in California we were looking for a gym we could train at while on vacation. I reached out to my friends and family on social media asking for a recommendation and the Ridge AC was one so I reached out under the "contact is" tab and had all my questions answered by Erica Cherry and was given a very reasonable deal on a couples week pass. We went to the gym every day but the day we landed and it was clean, the staff was friendly, the equipments was in order and well maintained. All and all it was a great experience all thanks to the staff there and there clientele.
I went in tonight and had the best experience! My sciatic never was giving me a lot of issues and effecting my every day life. KT Holley gave me an amazing massage within minutes of standing up I feel 100% better. Will definitely be returning for another session!! Thank you!!
