I trained with Casey for months. I have had a lot of trainers in my life and nobody has the care and the attention to detail like him. He is calculated, customized, and breaks the mold of conventional and other modern gyms. Casey brings results that you want, not results made for you on a white board, and app, or DVD. Kinetic Fitness is a great business and fitness gym in Butte, Montana! I have been working out at Kinetic for a few months now, and my fitness level has been improving greatly.
I keep going back every week to Kinetic for several reasons:
(1) The workout is continually being varied, so it never gets boring! There are multiple stations that you rotate through during each workout, and the workouts widely vary each day throughout the week. The result is that when you walk in, you know that you will get a great workout, but never be bored!
(2) The coaches are excellent! Each workout at Kinetic is personally led by a well-trained professional, and the coaches rotate through during the week. That means you not only get a varied workout, but also a different coach, so 2 workouts are never the same! The coaches have different strengths and backgrounds (in a good way!), so as the coaches rotate throughout the week, you get a comprehensive set of suggestions to improve your form and get stronger. The coaches are also very fit themselves, so they set the bar high for all of us that are working out!
(3) At Kinetic Fitness, there is a big (and correct!) focus on technique and proper form, in order to prevent injury. The coaches are monitoring for proper technique, and they help you to modify the exercises if you are dealing with an injury or specific weakness at the time.
*** In conclusion, Kinetic Fitness is an outstanding fitness business in Butte, and I highly recommend that you give them a try!

Great involved and encouraging coaches. Even though the work outs are only 45 minutes, they are tough. Great variety and all levels of fitness can finish the workout with a sense of accomplishment.
