Hello! My name is Caleb Wintsch I’m an independent personal trainer based out of Ludlow, MA. My goal as a trainer is to bring a positive experience to each of my clients because, let’s face it, exercise is not always fun. I also strive to make fitness as easy to understand as possible, which can be difficult with the amount of information out there. In my experience as a trainer, I have worked with a diverse group of clients with a wide range of different goals, both serving them online and in person. Currently, I am running my business primarily online. I do offer virtual sessions if you are someone who trains at home, as well as monthly program packages if you are a gym-goer who simply needs a proper routine. However, I also provide 24/7 support so you will never feel alone in your fitness journey! Fitness should not be a luxury, so I believe in providing an affordable service to everyone.
I’m a huge fan of strength training for everybody. Now, that may look different for two people with completely separate goals and other limitations. However, my education and experience as a trainer has given me the tools to know what works and what doesn’t, as well as how to make fitness accessible for everyone.
While this may sound cliché, hard work and consistency are the keys to developing the “dream body”. Of course this is much easier said than done, which is where I come in. One of my priorities as a trainer is to keep my clients accountable with their workouts without making things too complicated in the process. I also know that the “dream body” might look different for some people, and with my knowledge on exercise I can help break down exactly what to focus on for whatever your idea of that is.
When it comes to personal training, I love knowing that I get to help someone become a better version of themselves in ways they might not even know. For example, someone might have a goal of building muscle to look better, but with proper training they will find there is so much more to gain on top of that. On the flip side, looking better can also be a pretty great side effect of training for the purpose of moving better in every day life.
I’ve always been excited by the idea of becoming my own boss, but the real desire to make something out of this business came from the struggle of finding a good work/life balance, which became difficult to put all my energy into each client and took away from much of what I love about this career.
I’ve always considered myself to be very optimistic, which I personally think is important because fitness can be very discouraging for many people, especially when starting out. As a trainer, I believe in each and every one of my clients and I will always strive to make that known, regardless of experience level.
Right now, I provide two separate online services for personal training. The first option is to receive personalized monthly programs, and only costs $20 per month to join. This is ideal for those who are either training out of a gym or from home and simply need guidance in their program. This also comes with access to message me at any time regarding questions related to training. The other remote training option includes live one on one or small group sessions. This is ideal for those who primarily train from home, and want the security of ensuring every exercise is performed as safely and effectively as possible to maximize results. For this option, you can either purchase a package of 5 sessions for $125 or 10 sessions for $200.
