I have been at synergy almost two years. During this time, i have tried other gyms and nothing compares to synergy! The workouts target a different muscle group each day and the workouts are never the same! It challenges you, but at the same time very doable. There is a modifier to every exercise making it a great workout for all fitness levels. What i enjoy most about synergy is the sense of community and the people. Hands down the best gym in the fox valley!!!

If you would have told me that my body, strength, and mindset could be changed (and improved) in only six weeks, I would have shaken my head and thought that there was no way. After some hemming and hawing, I decided to take a chance with the OLAF Six-Week Challenge to drop some weight and see what all the hype was about. Through the guidance of the coaches, and the Challenge meal plan structure and prep, I reached my goal well ahead of time. When you can see changes in your body (for the better) after the first week, you become motivated, at an almost addictive level, to keep going. The small group size of the classes, no more than ten, and their availability throughout the week make it easy to fit the schedules of busy adults. The strongest selling point for the program was the coaches, Kyle and Dwayne, and the support and guidance they show each person during the class. They push you to be your best, keep going, and not be frustrated. (No burned cookies!) If you want to become a better, healthier, more confident you, it only takes six weeks at OLAF to accomplish all that, and more. Now excuse me while I go flex in the mirror.

I started my journey to get in shape last year by going to a local gym. It was going well for a little while but I was plateauing, working and working with no new results. Then I found Bloom by Dayna!!!I knew I needed to find new cardio and coach Dayna's Zumba classes were amazing! Such a great workout that really gets all the muscles engaged. And that's not even the best part, I've tried other Zumba classes, and coach Dayna's are so full of positive energy and so much fun!!! I know workouts arnt supposed to be this much fun but with the right trainer it can be!Bloom by Dayna also offers fitness classes that work even deeper at enhancing ur workout goal. She worked muscles that I couldn't find at the gym. More so I the gained learning like, better diet choices, vitamins, supplements, how to gain lean muscle and support.All in all if ur someone looking to better themselves I couldn't recommend more than to give Bloom by Dayna a try. My journey began August of 2014. Although I was disciplined about exercising three (3) times per week for the last 36 years mostly conditioning such as swimming laps and running I had never touched a barbell in my life. Our son Kevin has been involved with Crossfit for many years coached at Tricities and now owns his own Box in Oklahoma, so he's a big supporter of this Crossfit Community. He encouraged me for several years to join Crossfit Tricities but I was happy with my conditioning program. However, that all changed Father's Day 2014. Kevin purchased me a five (5) week On Ramp Beginners Class at Crossfit Tricities. WOW! did that change my life! The coaches at Tricities are talented, thorough with all movements, have tons of patience and have taught me the proper way to lift weights and all the motions necessary to complete a WOD successfully. I have found all the members and coaches at Tricities to be totally supportive of the young and the more senior athletes like myself.
