Although I was disciplined about exercising three (3) times per week for the last 36 years mostly conditioning such as swimming laps and running I had never touched a barbell in my life. Kevin purchased me a five (5) week On Ramp Beginners Class at Crossfit Tricities. WOW! did that change my life! The coaches at Tricities are talented, thorough with all movements, have tons of patience and have taught me the proper way to lift weights and all the motions necessary to complete a WOD successfully. I have found all the members and coaches at Tricities to be totally supportive of the young and the more senior athletes like myself.
