Wow!!! Just signed up for a 6 month membership. So far everyone has been amazing! Sign up went quickly and smoothly. Got a great one on one workout/assessment and got to see the energy for the class at 5:pm. I'm New to Columbus and I'm ready to get focused and in shape, will update as I go along my journey!  The owner and manager are awesome as well!! Great energy More...

I've been going to insane Fitness for a little over 3 weeks now and I love it. The classes are for any form of personal fitness and allow you to push yourself as hard as you want. The atmosphere is friendly and upbeat. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and they want you to meet your goals as much as you do! More...

Every client requires specialized training based on their needs and goals. I deliver training based on the client's ability levels, fitness goals, provide nutrition assistance and monitor progress. I set realistic short term goals with the my clients to help them reach their overall goal.

You are the secret! Self-love is the key that unlocks the drive from within.

I love the smiling faces I see when my clients realize they did an extra push-up, or discovered that they could curl 8 pound weights instead of the 5 pounds they curled 2 weeks ago. The small victories equal to big results and it is rewarding to witness.

My personal weightloss journey inspired me to start Insane Fitness. I know what it feels like to battle being overweight, to overeat and struggle with personal issues. I had to understand that I needed to put myself first and learn to love myself. Once I begin to put myself first, the motivation and drive was there and the pounds begin to drop.

Clients should choose a trainer they feel comfortable with and who they connect with. My style of training is designed to keep clients engaged, motivated and comfortable.
