I do a free consultation about my clients current fitness level and future goals. Which includes a weigh-in and write specific meal and cardio plans during our time training together. Progress pics and food pics are very helpful.

What do you love most about your job?

I love meeting new people with all different goals. I love developing a relationship and earning the trust of my client. Most of all, I enjoy my clients seeing there own progress which they worked so hard to achieve.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Realizing that big time gym employees were trained to always worked harder learning a sales script rather than gaining then taking the time to gain the trust of the client. I didn’t like that so I had to do things my own way and I have been very successful at it.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have been a gym owner for 8 years and still to this day. All of my clients have stayed with me even as I transitioned to online training because they have seen the support, trust, training, and guidance I showed them. I’m thankful every day for them to allow me to now train online.

My services are only online. This is a unique training method I have developed which is amazing 🤩! This is all through face time or any video platform. You choose any gym setting you like and we train our session together where ever you decide. A box gym, your house , beach, park! It is more effective and can train from any part of the world.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

My clients are all remote at their homes or any gym they choose. We train at our set times scheduled for the week. This is live training as if we are together with each of us wearing ear buds and it only seems like your are listening to music or talking to a friend for an hour ☺️
