Ever scroll through FB or IG looking at people who have transitioned by working out? You say “I want to do that” or “I wish I could do that? ” YOU CAN and I swear to you, at No Limits Fitness you will see results! I started at No Limits Fitness 3 months ago. I have seen my 48 year old body do things I never imagined (tire flipping, sled pushing, push-up’s and it goes on and on). My first impression was clean gym, encouraging and knowledgeable trainers/owner, and very motivating workout partners. I do like the available workout sessions. My goal was to lose 30-40lbs and I started at 165lbs. In less than 7 months, I've already lost 25 lbs and I'm continuing my journey to toning and having healthier habits. Even after my motorcycle accident and physical therapy, the trainers were very helpful in aiding my success to maintaining intensity and challenge in the work outs. I highly recommend No Limits Fitness as you will not only learn the aspects of a lifestyle change, but there's an absolutely amazing support system from others and the staff. More...

I love this place! The staff, equipment and quality of workouts at No Limit Fitness are superb. If you are looking for an all-around wellness program, you’ve found it. NLF offers personalized attention, goal setting, tracking and support all included in your membership. Each workout is unique and they offer several time slots every day that are sure to meet everyone’s schedule. No Limits Fitness is not just a place to get a great workout. The staff is dedicated and want your success for you. It is a judgement free zone and they accommodate the exercises to what you can do. Plus they have six week challenges and 10-day detox that boosts your results and motivates you even more. One of my most favorite things is when the staff works out with you. I have been a member at No Limits Fitness (NLF) since 2016. Their boot camps are a convenient and effective way to get in a full body workout in 45 minutes, including strength and cardio training. I recently participated in one of NLF's six-week challenge programs. Thanks to the meal plan and accountability coaching, I dropped over 10 pounds of body fat - not weight, body fat - and gained lean muscle mass. I highly recommend NLF. More...

Joining No Limits Fitness over a year and a half ago was by far the best decision I have ever made for my health and body. The coaches are the best, and really care about your progress. I have made many friends here and it is like a family. The workouts are always challenging and the trainers push you to do better each day. I first tried this place out on a Groupon for a week-long visit in 2016 and loved the energy from the coaches & community so much that I've returned every year since! We genuinely believe that finding the fitness you enjoy will help keep you consistent. The "best program in the world" likely won't help you if you truly hate it. Our goal is to help people find the best solution for them...even if that means No Limits Fitness isn't the answer.

Services

Each trainer in our small group personal training sessions has between two to five people with a maximum of 10 people and 2 personal trainers. We’ll help you correct your form, adjust exercises for your current abilities and motivate you to push yourself harder. Your personalized program will help you get stronger, move better and enjoy making measurable progress towards your goals. You will exceed your own performance expectations.
