I am 64 years old and want to have a strength routine to do for weight loss. I started at 311 lbs 4 months ago and am now at 370 . I am able to move better now and want to start to exercise some. I have a bit of a balance issue as I have one eye but should not interfere with my exercise routine. I am ready to go and just want someone to teach me the correct techniques to apply myself as to not injure or hurt myself and get great results.
