All the instructors are friendly, but they push you to the max! In the Skinny Barre classes, each instructor has their own style, and they do a wonderful job of changing up the workouts so you are constantly being challenged. Ashley’s TRX and Skinny Barre-X classes are a wonderful way to take your strength and core training to the next level. The workouts can be modified based your skill level, allowing beginners and experienced individuals to participate in the same class. The Yin Yoga classes are a great way to round out your workout routine. Finally, the studio supports the local community by offering classes that benefit non-profits and partnering with neighboring businesses for events.
