We had this catering truck make food for an event at our home. The food was fantastic and everyone was very happy w/ it. It was all fresh and hot as they just park their truck outside and bring the food in to serve. My only slight gripe is that they ran out of sides (for 2nd and 3rd helpings) but that was due to the large portions they served our guests. I would highly suggest them as caterors.

The restaurant is located thru a cafe, in the garden behind the shop. You’ll be surrounded by an eclectic assortment of plants from manzanita, lemon balm and mint to succulents, flowering maple and anthuriums. Dress code is casual, street parking was easy to find, I recommend stopping by!

The Cave Prime Steak started in 2020 doing only small private dinners during COVID while everybody’s favorite restaurant was shut down. As time went by, we started catering for larger parties and weddings. It was truly a blessing for both Chef Juan and Chef Nicole to leave their full time jobs to pursue their passion of the culinary arts. Today, they now have their own kitchen in Downtown Long Beach where they are also able to serve a casual take on their food daily.
