I must say that working with Regina and her staff was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Regina’s food was not only delicious but the customer service was the BEST I have ever experienced from a business owner. Regina responded to my request quickly with an upbeat and helpful attitude. I was pressed for time so I needed a caterer for my wedding anniversary within a few weeks. The way that Regina was able to come up with a menu just by having a short conversation with me was a relief to me. Let’s talk about the food. The lemon baked chicken and salmon were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The salmon was far from dry and went perfectly with the rice. We all loved the fresh mixed vegetables with roasted potatoes and the broccolini. The cookies, brownies, and cheesecake were nice and rich. All of my guests enjoyed the food. They didn’t stop asking who made it.

I absolutely enjoyed working with Regina and I’d recommend her to everyone. She also was budget conscious and was willing to work with your budget. Once the event was over, they picked up the warmers we rented and were really kind.

Delicious, colorful, huge portions, excellent seasoning, a wide variety of choices for vegans and carnivores. What I really like about Regina’s dishes is everything is organic and after I eat it, I feel clean and energetic. Sometime after eating in restaurants, you feel uncomfortable and weird. Regina contacted me soon after I requested her service. She was very pleasant and listed off many options for my event. I figured it out with her, she answered many of my questions and concerns and sent me an invoice on the food and service. She arrived right on time for our event and made some mouth watering food everyone enjoyed. My only regret is I didn't order enough food. It's definitely worth it to get more. We contacted Regina less than a week before our housewarming party (serving 35) and she was very eager to help at the last minute. She was very responsive and considerate, asking if we needed any warmers for our event. We ordered pulled pork, rolls, mac and cheese, and barbecue chicken and we loved all of it! Regina was a dream to work with! We had a very short time line for a 30 person engagement party. She promptly called and got an idea of what we wanted. We had vegetarians, gluten-free ones and peanut allergies. She quickly worked up a menu, and sent us a quote. We reviewed it, changed a few things, and easily paid.
