This company is now a two woman show. Myself and my beloved helper , my mom, that HATES cooking but likes to cut, chop, and wash.
I am a french trained pastry chef that started in the savory side. I can do both sides with no problem but my love for pastry is huge. Wedding cakes are my specialty!

She is very practical and will not try to sell you what you don’t need. I tried her chocolate passion fruit cake and i can say I never had such a delicious cake. Also, the cookies and s’mores were amazing. My favorite cookies were the butterscotch pecan and the sour cherry rosemary cookies. This is all VERY fancy and high end. Totally recommend. More...

Thanks for your review! I am very happy you loved the cake. Passion fruit is one of my favorites and paired with chocolate, is just dreamy. The sour cherry rosemary cookies are our staple.
What do you love most about your job?
I just LOVE being in a kitchen! Creating, cooking.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always done it on the side. Then, I had a brick and mortar. Then, COVID! I was doing 3 farmers Markets with my bake-goods and 3 breweries with savory. I lived in my car and the rented kitchen!
Why should our clients choose you?
I can tackle almost any cuisine. I use really fresh ingredients and top of the line Belgium chocolates, European style butter (in baking). I also cook following health rules, since I used to teach health/Servsafe back in the days and take it very serious. Als Servsafe certified.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated, booster included and I wash my hands constantly. Use a mask if required.
Cooking classes
Gather your friends and lets do a hands on cooking class. We can do Asian, Hispanic, Mediterranean...you name it! We will all cook, then, we can sit and enjoy dinner with a nice glass of wine.
Baking class
Breads, cake, cupcake cookies. Decorating. Great for kids birthdays.
Venezuelan food
An Arepada is a corn cake filled with whatever you want. I can have several fillings for your guest to choose from: Cheese, pork, beef, black beans, cheese and plantains, Chicken salad, tuna. You name it. Fillings are some hot and some cold.
We can also do the most amazing hotdogs you have ever eaten. With toppings like onions, cabbage, stick fries, and sauces.
Sweet Table
A big array of desserts. Cookies, mousse cups, tartlets, pies, macaroons, bars. All delicious and made with the best ingredients. After all, I am a pastry chef. I guarantee you, you will love them all.
All occasions cakes
Gourmet and very high end cakes. Made with different fillings and textures. Please be open minded and you will be surprised.
Wedding cakes
Delicious cakes that merges french style with our beloved American palate. Imagine an almond cake, with chocolate mousse, a layer of raspberry gelee and another crunchy layer of something that will make you think you are eating a ferrero rocher...Yum!!!!
