What’s your signature dish?
People go crazy over our Smoked Brisket but we also specialize in Plant Based cuisine. We have something for everyone.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have a plethora of menus we have executed for different events and cuisines. We start with getting general ideas from our clients then we tailor them to what the client is looking for.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to cook but I think the best part is making a special experience and a good time for our clients. I love to make people happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the industry for about 16 years now so it was a natural progression. I have trained many Chefs and love to see them succeed so having a platform for them to do so was very important to me.
Why should our clients choose you?
They should choose us because we are the most interesting and unique caterers they will find but more importantly because we care. We care about what we do and mostly about the happiness of the people we serve.

Not at the moment. We do teach cooking classes but at the moment these are in person only.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our workers our fully vaccinated and we do wear masks upon request.

Solstice Catering and Events are your all in one catering pros. We do everything from Film Production catering and Weddings, to intimate dinners in the comfort of your own home. Nothing too big or to small for our Chef's. You are what is important to us.
