What’s your signature dish?
My signature dishes that many customers return for is our vegan empanadas, ropa vieja, and Cuban sliders. But I definitely believe there is an option that you will love.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We always start by contacting our customer directly over the phone to figure out exactly what they like. As well as figuring out if there are any allergy or dietary restrictions. And last of all their budget.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love the most about my job is that I don't feel like it is a job. I love recreating these authentic dishes and presenting them to my clients leading to being a part of the memory of their events.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What started my business was that I considered myself a foodie and had a craving to try these wonderful dishes but not able to find any locations nearby to try it then. So I started to cook in my two bedroom apartment in National City. I invited my friends and family to try out my food. That was the beginning.
Why should our clients choose you?
The reason why clients should choose me is if they are looking to impress their guests with something unique and delicious. Our customer service is top notch try our best to give our customers the best experience possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We always wear masks call serving and as well and wearing gloves. Anytime our employees are not feeling well we have everyone tested, to make sure that everyone is safe.
