What inspired you to start your own business?

We were inspired to start up a moving company because of past experience of customers dissatisfaction and mistreatment when we hired a company to move us. There was no customer service after the job was booked, our items arrived broken, we were charged a lot extra at delivery, the move was sold to another company for delivery, guys were unprofessional and looked unhappy, they were late with lack of communication, compensation for damaged items were not given and with no return call and the list can go on.....

Therefore, we decided to change the outlook by showing existing movers how to treat customer with respect, follow-up, communicate effectively, ease the stress of moving, being upfront with the price and or any adjustments before the job, professionalism with a smile, value our customers time by showing up on-time, moving counseling, honest and integrity....white glove service to all our customers; Commercial, Residential and/or Junk Removals.

We have made certain changes to our way of doing business due to Covid-19.
our crews will wear mask and gloves and have our customers stay at the 6ft' safe distance.
Also our trucks are cleaned twice a week to keep germs down and sprayed every morning before the job.
