My work is for women navigating these transitions. Women who are capable, thoughtful, and spiritually curious — yet sense that who they have become may not be who they want to be. Clients often share that they feel a sense of calm simply being in my presence. Not because I rush to fix or advise, but because I create and hold a space in which the nervous system can settle, and a deeper truth becomes accessible. ●●● How I Work ●●● I offer life coaching and Reiki as distinct services, each grounded in its own discipline and integrity. Clients may choose to work with one or thoughtfully combine both, depending on what they are seeking. Life coaching is grounded in transformational leadership principles. This work supports recognizing what shaped who you have become — inherited patterns, internalized expectations, and survival-based identities — and consciously releasing them in order to choose who you get to be. Reiki offers a non-invasive, energetic practice that supports regulation, release, and internal balance, allowing what is no longer necessary to soften and fall away. This work is not about fixing anything — it is about recognizing what is already whole and releasing what no longer belongs. This work is not about chasing breakthroughs or constantly “working on yourself.” It is about removing what is no longer necessary, so clarity, choice, and forward movement can arise naturally — and when they do, meaningful breakthroughs follow. Authentic Reiki is quiet in form, yet profound in its movement.
